MILK LAB
MilkLab – кафе для молодых людей, которые следят за питанием. Находятся в центре Баку, Азербайджан. Специализируются на приготовлении кофе, диетических десертов, завтраков и выпечки. Проект существует с 2019 года (Organic Bakery), но возникло желание открыть новый филиал под другим названием.
MilkLab is a café for young people who watch their diet. Located in the center of Baku, Azerbaijan. They specialize in making coffee, dietary desserts, breakfasts and baked goods. The project has existed since 2019 (Organic Bakery), but there was a desire to open a new branch under a different name.

MilkLab относится с особым вниманием к полезности блюд и напитков. Для разработки меню были привлечены диетологи, которые контролировали калорийность и содержание БЖУ в блюдах и напитках. Концепция дизайна айдентики основана на профессионализме, серьезном подходе к потреблению пищи.
Одним из пожеланий клиента было использование бутылочки молока в логотипе. Чтобы подчеркнуть экспертность, были разработаны паттерны на основе образов из логотипа (бутылочки, миски и чашки). Вместе они могут принимать любые комбинации, что подчеркивает гибкий подход к блюдам, а так же напоминает лабораторию, где создают пищу, богатою полезными веществами. На основе паттернов была создана иллюстрация, которая была нарисована на 6-метровой стене.
MilkLab pays special attention to the healthiness of dishes and drinks. To develop the menu, nutritionists were involved who controlled the calorie content and Carbohydrates, Proteins, and Fats content in dishes and drinks. The identity design concept is based on professionalism, a serious approach to food consumption.
One of the client's wishes was to use a milk bottle in the logo. To emphasize expertise, patterns were developed based on images from the logo (bottles, bowls and cups). Together they can take any combination, which emphasizes a flexible approach to dishes, and also resembles a laboratory where they create food rich in nutrients. Based on the patterns, a detailed illustration was created to reflect the concept. The illustration was painted on a 6-meter wall.

Одной из самых сложных задач в проекте была разработка интерьерного решения кафе. Клиент не захотел обращаться к дизайнерам интерьера, аргументируя это тем, что в Азербайджане почти нет дизайнеров, специализирующихся на дизайне кафе.
Были разработаны эскизы интерьера кафе, построен план размещения мебели. Весь интерьер получился светлым, экологичным и просторным для посетителей.
One of the most difficult tasks in the project was developing the interior design for the cafe. The client did not want to contact interior designers, arguing that there are almost no designers specializing in cafe design in Azerbaijan.
Sketches of the cafe's interior were developed, and a furniture placement plan was constructed. The entire interior turned out to be light, eco-friendly and spacious for visitors.

Ассортимент меню включает в себя напитки, завтраки и десерты. Отдельно можно приобрести упаковку растворимого кофе. Для бариста были разработаны памятки с использованиям кофе.
The menu range includes drinks, breakfasts and desserts. You can separately purchase a package of instant coffee. Instructions on the use of coffee were developed for baristas.
