My Final Major Project where I designed a book based on distortions within typography, which I completed throughout my year at Southampton Solent University. I created a few of my own typefaces which, again, are based around the idea of distortion and can be seen throughout the book. Using just one colour means that the focus is on the content of the book - the typography. I included a few pages overlaid with acetate cut outs to add depth and break the book up slightly. To finish the book I bound it myself by hand sewing down the left side using cotton thread.
