The EVO is a mixed-use residential development showcasing 23 stories, 215 residential units, and nearly 13,000 square feet of ground-level retail space. The project is located in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg’s Waterfront Arts District and provides the city with contemporary modern living.

Inspired by Streamline Moderne design and classic Florida modernism, EVO’s architecture with rounded glass corners and strong horizontal eyebrows, pays tribute to the past while embracing the present. 

The development offers spacious units and provides tenants with upscale amenities including a 15,000-square-foot deck on level eight with a resort-inspired pool, cabanas, firepit, hot tub, outdoor bar and BBQ area.  Other amenities include a clubroom, gym and spa with floor-to-ceiling glass views on level 23.

The studio-, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units are equipped with custom designer cabinetry, quartz countertop kitchens, stainless steel appliances, porcelain tiles, oversized sliding glass doors, and balconies with views of the bay and city skyline. A tailored variety of efficient and more spacious residences caters to both young professionals and empty nesters looking for a more urban lifestyle.

The building also includes a separate eight-story parking structure that provides residents with 294 parking spaces.  Implementing a separate garage structure rather than podium parking allowed for an expansive tropical pool and amenity deck on the garage roof. This design strategy is not only more efficient, but it also places the residences closer to the street level, activating the surrounding area and bringing life the streetscape.

Creating a custom residential project that addresses the needs of the city’s evolving downtown is one way we’re able to design with community in mind. The EVO plays an important role in shaping the city’s future growth.
