La diversidad transforma by Nu

Diversity exists beyond June, all year long, every day, all the time. That's why at Nu Colombia we wanted to talk about diversity and the importance of promoting safe and educational conversations about sexual and gender diversity issues at a time other than June.

We express ourselves as a society and as individuals. We do it to show what we believe in, how we are and how we want to be perceived. That's why we created a clothing collection together with Kupa, a Colombian brand, where on each garment label you could learn different concepts, such as gender identity, sexual orientation and the importance of having allies.
Diversity includes all people, which is why we included Braille on the labels for those with visual limitations or disabilities. All funds received will be used to promote free talks on sexual and gender education with Sentiido during the year.

The inspiration: The prints of the collection were inspired by the transformation and how each person creates a different path, full of movement, energy and fluidity in a unique way. Everyone creates their own path and all are valid, that's where the curved lines of each print come from. The colors were reinterpretations of the different flags of diversity.

We launched the collection at the KUPA store with a Q&A about diversity and how we can be better allies of the LGBTIQ+ community.
