About WorkSweet
Introducing Work Sweet – a multifunctional web platform tailored for bookkeeping company called 'Profit Matters'. Designed as a collaborative workspace, Work Sweet serves as a central hub where teams of accountants seamlessly interact with both colleagues and clients.
The platform offers a comprehensive suite of features including task and file management, time tracking, a built-in messenger, dynamic dashboard, client management tools, and transaction management capabilities.
With dedicated accounts for both accountants and clients, Work Sweet facilitates efficient communication, task delegation, and transparent project management. It is predominantly utilized by bookkeeping teams to streamline client tasks, foster intra-team communication, track work hours, and oversee project progress.
In my role within the project, I focused on crafting an intuitive user experience and designing an aesthetically pleasing user interface. This involved extensive research into user behaviors and needs, the development of a robust design system, and the creation of all necessary materials for the development team.
Notably, the development of Work Sweet was executed using the no-code platform "Bubble," supplemented by custom code where necessary to meet specific requirements and enhance functionality.
