INTRODUCTION
The building located at 209 Balmes Street will be transformed into a modern coworking space for freelance professionals in the digital field. The building comprises two floors and will undergo a complete renovation to accommodate the needs of these professionals. The primary goal of the renovation is to create a collaborative and dynamic environment to encourage interaction and synergy among entrepreneurs and professionals. Flexible and functional work areas will be designed, along with meeting zones, relaxation spaces, and communal areas to promote creativity and the exchange of ideas. Additionally, the coworking space will provide desktop computers with a wide range of software to meet users' programming needs.
INITIAL INSPIRATION
