Property Box Visual Identity.
Property Box are property letting specialists. The aim of the project was to create a clean and modern logo to convey Property Box’s high-class professionalism and modernity. Property Box’s target market is young professionals graduates, aged 21-45, with 18k + income.

The far’n’beyond team were appointed to create the logo and to further enhance the brand experience through visual language and style.
The Concept.

Having investigated logomark possibilities through sketch work, a concept was selected for further development.

The concept for the logomark involves the amalgamation of aspects taken from the industry and business name. In combining a simple house shape, a box and the letter P, we have developed a clever logo-mark, that uses negative space to potray the brand's identity.
Logomark.

The logomark’s job is to provide a legible recognisable face for the brand. The mark’s simplicity means it’s versatile and recognisable—with a subtle hint towards the industry—and company’s name. It has been developed to work in conjunction with a logotype—but when a 1:1 ratio is required—the logomark has the necessary attributes to stand alone.
Typography.

The typography for the logo presented another opportunity to convey the modernity of the brand. The Canaro typeface was selected for it’s clear legibility and contemporary, sleek design.

Several modifications have made to customise the ‘Property box’ type and the kerning has been optimised. The modifications are subtle but give ownership.
Colour Palette.

After investigating various colour palette options and variations, a striking and stylish purple has been selected and combined with a darker and rich navy, creating a contemporary and attractive colour palette.

A gradient has also been selected—combining the light and dark purple —to create an alternative colour fill solution.
Final Logo Design.

The logomark and logotype combine to create a well-balanced master logo—that’s focused on modernity aesthetic and clear legibility. The logo can be used on a dark background— with the gradient overlayed on the logomark— and the type inverted to white. The logo should always have a sufficient clear space, the amount of space is determined by the size of the letter ‘P’ from property.
