Kraken Rum commissioned Steven Noble to render illustrations for their Valentine’s Day Kraken vs Cupid “Break a Heart” campaign that were adapted in the animations. Kraken Black Spiced Rum is a Caribbean black spiced rum. It is distributed in the United States by Proximo Spirits, and named after the kraken, a mythical giant squid-like sea monster. The illustrations were created in a etching style.
