Hyprr
THE MISSION
Hyprr is the first social and NFT platform connecting creators with their community on Web3.Many of the creators, specifically artists whose primary practice was non digital, were struggling to complete and optimise their profiles.
THE SOLUTION
I created How-to guides to help creators populate their profiles. This asset went on to inform a complete onboarding programme that also acted as a guide and tool not only for creators but also for new joiners to the Hyprr company; helping to bridge the gap internally between marketing, product and development teams.
THE IMPACT
The number of creators profiles that were unpopulated dropped significantly. It was also reported that users were able to clearly identify where in the process they were struggling, this resolved help desk inquiries faster and efficiently.

Created using Canva, these templates enable the Hyprr marketing team to test and adapt various social marketing campaigns and ads efficiently whilst staying on brand.
