Kalamış-Göztepe axis is locate in Asia side of Istanbul, namely Anatolian. This place is divided with wide highway line from east to west. Social variation is different to the North-south directionbecause of the way. In the coastal of regions (Kalamış) is closed to factors such as private sports area, marina and officer’ club. Addition, Freedom Park that the largest gren space is isolated and dilapidated to around. University and hospital buildings are isolated area with physical boundaries and they are lost space. Red colour is this lost space in city. The greens are neglected gren areas.
This design makes problematic all of these points. It must be a strategy for participatin and community awareness
