İstanbul’s urbanization adventure has changed with the course of modernization. The city was going to North and Elmadağ which belonging to the Armenian in this adventure, a place that was mentioned again in every period.

The aim of the project was developed exactly such an axis with all of these sounds can be there. It was developed with think that the collective memory with a new and image of location-specific can be set up.
Entry of project that side of Cumhuriyet Street is Armenian Research Institute to be symbol of ancient Armenian settlements from the rear side. It was placed with stage to slope. The ground level was released and edited for integrated with area and pedestrian axis from Taksim. While providing Access to all elevation with landscaped, Isntitute was connected to new square. The whole project took shape according to the topography and orientation of old Singing Theater. This provide settlement that inclusive the North wind.
While square keep alive collective memory in place of the old Singing Theatre’s stage and square offers a new performance space. Stage live again as a public stage. Another important building that defines the square has been a Experimental Theater. The Office and commercial units are located on the street and they are located after the square. The height of the distribution is considered benefit of view and certain proportions.
