I designed this single-color SHIN GODZILLA (シンゴジラ) screen-print poster in April 2021 as part of a series exploring the use of single-color artwork for complex designs such as these.
I employed techniques like crosshatching to help convey more detail even with such a limited color palette.
For the text portion of the poster, I relied on my skills speaking Japanese, which I studied for four years.
