Dry Red Home Wine is made by Hir family in Uzhgorod, Transcarpathia, Ukraine. 

Transcarpathia belongs to the oldest wine-growing areas. This region is known for its wine industry. Though, now this branch is slightly declined. But wine production is still common skill of transcarpatian people. Usually, every farmstead produces original sort of wine.

Hir family wine utilizes mix of grapes commonly found in Transcarpathia. This Wine is totally organic product. Grape collecting and wine processing is completely manual process. Wine is stored in oak barrels in the cellar. The dominant grape is Kadarka which is characterized by full, easily recognizable taste, deep aroma and dark color.
