Client: Sheila Bird
Agency: amaze

Whilst at amaze I was lucky enough to work with prolific Manchester interior designer Atul Bansal on his website. Atul's brief was to design him a site that wasn't a site. After some collaborative brainstorming sessions with Atul and my creative director - Peter Davis, we came up with the idea of the Big Shebang - a place where Atul could amalgamate all of the projects that he'd worked on and all the things that inspired him.

Working with web developer - Daniel Lister we utilised html 5 technology (which was brand new at the time) to create a 2-way parallax scrolling effect plus zoom to create the effect of a three dimensional space. We also created a back-end app for his iPad where Atul could tag and save things he'd find on a day to to day basis which would then be displayed on his site.

Still visuals don't do the site justice so I'd advise you try it for yourself by visiting sheilabird.com
