Originally a dated coastal style home, our remodel team transformed this property into a modern, beachfront oasis. The design included a complete overhaul of the exterior of the home, employing clean, continuous lines wrapping around the home. The front of the home incorporated a new automated wooden gate system that ties back to the wood on the building facade. The rear of the home boasts glass-lined balconies with wood ceilings at every level, and expansive operable window walls to encourage indoor/outdoor living. Furthering the outdoor theme, the home has ample outdoor amenities overlooking the beach including a resort style pool deck, outdoor kitchen, recreational space, sauna, and built-in, easily accessed storage for sporting and beach equipment. Inside, the owners wanted to continue to promote the calming ambiance of the beach. A minimal color palette and natural materials were continue inside the home. Each room is dedicated for a specific purpose or moment of focus to promote the calming atmosphere. In the living room, an extensive linear fireplace spans the back feature wall with a niche segment to showcase the owners' meditation crystal. Each of the bathroom has one distinct accent tile that runs from the floor to the ceiling. In the sitting room, a slated wood accent wall continues the natural, zen-inducing theme.
