This beautiful 5,000 SF contemporary waterfront home on Crystal Bay is anything but ordinary. The home’s prime waterfront location allows for stunning bay views throughout, not only in main gathering spaces like the living and dining room, but also in the bedrooms. Each of the four bedrooms also has access to a wraparound balcony, leading out to the lanai for an even closer look at the ocean views. As restaurateurs, the homeowners wanted to ensure that their home would allow them to entertain. Guests can mingle in the main areas, naturally flowing throughout the living room, dining room, and wet bar. The home also features a guest wing, where visitors can have the privacy of their own bedroom bathroom, and living area separate from the rest of the house. On the roof sits a 20’x13’ observation deck for stargazing. The project took 6 months to design, and an additional 1.5 years to complete construction.
