The Upside Down Stories
Colsubsidio Book Exchange Program

Colsubsidio needed to promote its Book Exchange Program. As we came out with a powerful concept come with a story and leave with another, we needed to capture this power in a stunning visual. Stories are always inspirational, so they gave us a mood and a freedom to play with them and mix them in the same ad. We took inspiration from the popular technique upside down faces of british illustrator Rex Whistler, and teamed up with one of the most popular illustrators of our country to produce harmonious design elements and characters, and put them in order to keep a high level classic book design where our upside down faces were naturally captured down on paper. We placed the posters by 1 or 2 each time in our libraries and in the International Book Fair. To reveal the message, people could interact with them by the simple act of turning their heads upside-down.
