As a craft-based designer in the 21st century, antiques and heritage artifacts have always fascinated me.

With exposure and learning, I had come to realize that the Puritan character has gradually diminished from Indian crafts, and the endeavor to study crafts and artifacts in their most Puritan form is what fueled my interest in doing an internship at a museum.

Documented here is a very brief gist (and in no way an absolute!) of what my museum internship was like- lots of hours of research work, getting mesmerized by the sheer brilliance of heritage craftsmanship, and sipping innumerable cups of coffee while filling up the never-ending documentation sheets!
