For this project, I was asked to create a promotional poster for a pilot movie session featuring two iconic movies from the 80s and 90s: Gremlins and Jurassic Park. The main goal was to create a poster that could effectively promote the event and generate excitement among the audience.
To achieve this, I created a central image that combined the two movies in a dramatic yet humorous composition. I utilized a photocomposition technique to blend the two images together while still making it clear which movies were being featured. I also added the shadow of the T-Rex from Jurassic Park to add a sense of excitement and danger to the composition.
The resulting poster was well received and successfully promoted the pilot movie session. The combination of the two movies and the eye-catching design helped generate interest and excitement among the audience. I am proud of the final result and enjoyed working on the project, as it allowed me to experiment with design techniques while still effectively promoting the event.
