Sofia Graffiti Map /
The graffiti scene in Sofia has been thriving for more than 25 years, and during that time period the streets have collected a solid amount of artwork. Тhe abundant variety of styles and works has put the capital of Bulgaria on the map, which naturally attracts an inflow of street art admirers.
The Sofia Municipality takes these trends into account and strives to include and develop this sector in its tourism programs. For this purpose, they partnered with the local organization Sofia Graffiti Tour to create the first ever street art map in Sofia.
Our task was to design the map with an authentic and attractive visual language closely tied to the graffiti culture. Stencils, hand-written marker lettering and spray-painted textures allow the visitors to experience the city following the footsteps of Sofia's biggest street artists.
