WE MET ON THE INTERNET materializes the sensitivity of an individual, his love affair lived behind a screen, confined and hidden, in a box of painful memories.
This project narratively tells the story of an unsuccessful romantic virtual relationship. We Met On The Internet is a "break up box", a retrospection of digital correspondances transcribed on paper, cardboard, acrylic and plastic. The same way someone would put old photographs, hand written letters or cards in a shoe box after a break-up, We Met On The Internet illustrates a love affair lived behind screens.
