Summary: Navigation remapping for suite of training applications 
Duration: 2 weeks
Role: Junior UX Designer at Full Facing (Pty) Ltd 


Context
Course Hub is a suite of training products designed to guide employees through a comprehensive learning experience, with each phase focusing on a key area of onboarding and product training.

The Course Hub suite is comprised of several platforms with distinct functions, including Individual, Team, Team Trainer, Virtual Classroom, Enterprise, and Store. Users can switch between these products based on their needs and level of access. To date, the Course Hub suite has trained over a million employees globally.


Disclaimer: Some names and details in this project have been changed to comply with company policy. 


Problem
Users expressed difficulty navigating between products in the Course Hub suite (a frequently preformed action).


Feature requests:
   •  When logging in, no direction on how to navigate between Course Hub platforms.
   •  Add links between Virtual Classroom, Team, and Trainer on Course Hub Enterprise.

Final Product
Solution: Quick-launch buttons for cross-platform navigation.


Implications:
   •  Rebuild navigation bar for entire Course Hub suite
   •  Update live Course Hub high-fidelity prototypes
   •  Introduce persistent login for administrators across the suite (assigned to Dev)
