Project
Summary: Web design case study for online gaming platform
Duration: 1 week
Role: UX Designer

Context
This project was assigned to me as a case study during my onboarding as a Junior UX Designer for a SaaS company based in Cape Town.

The task was to reimagine and redesign the Deposit and My Profile pages on the current LottoStar website.

Process
Tools: Figma

Process:
   •  Evaluation: Analysis of active website, making note of strengths and weaknesses
   •  Analysis: Outlining several proposed changes on both pages (with justifications)
   •  Resources: Compiling collection of screenshots, graphics, mood boards, etc.
   •  Design: Identifying and designing the components that would be needed
   •  Implementation: Building out pages in Figma

Final Product
Solution: Sleek and modern website prototype (built to inform redesign, so not all areas are functional).

The redesign aimed to improve three key areas:
1.  Visual interface – better spacing, intuitive icons, and improved use of colour/contrast
2.  Usability – better visual cues, helpful section descriptions, and larger touch targets
3.  Structure – reorganised flow, clearer categorisation, and less redundancy
