Avenida da Liberdade
Arquitetura e Cidade
A book on Lisbon’s Avenida da Liberdade. An overview from a historical, urbanistic and architectural perspective. Approaching the many considered plans, the iconic architectural projects that it holds and the various phases of expansion.
As a graphic theme, the book is heavily inspired by old blueprints, reflected on the book block’s ink hue and paper selection. As a compilation of research articles on architecture, the book relies heavily on several sources of images, from technical drawing to photography.
A contrasting orange coloured heavy stock forms a four-crease paperback cover, adding nobility to a common binding.
