Réseau français Villes-Santé - Brand Design

With the objective of asserting itself as the network of excellence in local health governance, the French Healthy Cities Network called upon Wild&Slow to rework its visual identity and communication materials, creating a complete graphic universe that respects the Network's history, values, projects and targets. After a collaborative work with, successively, the operational teams, the voluntary members of the network, and the board of directors, we were able to identify the essential values that this new logo had to transmit: seriousness, positivity and joy, simplicity, efficiency, global approach.
A polysemous and accessible logo

In our visual identity work, we are committed to creating logos that are both simple and polysemous. The objective: with the least amount of material possible (signifiers), create a visual approach that refers to several signifieds, using semantic traits and common representations.
In addition, we are asked to adopt an approach that meets accessibility standards (we choose the reference of the site of the blind of France) and that is environmentally friendly. The logo is therefore voluntarily designed with a text on a white background (accessibility), and colors with a low ink rate (eco-design).

We also had the opportunity to eco-design the website of the Réseau français Villes-santé, bringing together all the values stated in the graphic identity. Our goal was to provide a complete redesign of the website, so that it would stand out for its environmental performance, while being easily manageable by the association's team.  The site has obtained the grade C on the Ecoindex measuring tool.
