In keeping with my enchanted forest/ story book theme I used an origanl picture i had taken in my local park as my background. To get a story book/ illustartion look i played about with different filters before deciding to use this one
I then added my fashion images and text boxes to complete my kids wear style board. I really like the back ground of this style board and i plan to use more original pictures in my other style boards.
For my mens wear style board i wanted to keep the mood dark and have a mix of textures coming through so i decided to layer origianl pictures i had taken of trees and use them as my background. By changing the oppacity i was able to allow the different layers to come through each other.
I added my fashion figures, text boxes and designers tro complete my mens wear style board
For my womens waer style board i used an image from the internet to which i added a gaussian blur and blue photo filter to make it fit in with my collection colours. I decided to add an outline to my fashion figures to make them stand out from the back ground, i did this by increasing the stroke width around each image to 15px. I repeated this action for my text boxes as well.
Over all i am very pleased with my 3 style boards especially the two that used original pictures i had taken. For future style boards i would consider adding style descriptions in a table on a seperate document as i feel that i could add more detail with out cluttering my boards.
