This mural was created in collaboration with Buffalo Arts Studio and PUSH Bufflao's afterschool programing. During the making of this mural we interviewed and took feedback from the Massachusetts ave commnuinty on what they'd like to see in their neighborhood. Reaching out to the youth of the community most heavily, we learned that the youth of Massachusetts ave wanted to see themsevles more throguh the arts surrounding their commuinty, and the stories they saw through anime/ manga. Specializing in mixing manga/ anime astehtics into fine art painting/ drawing, i felt honored to take on this task.
