In the theoretical part of my bachelor thesis, I discovered that there is a historical predisposition that makes it somewhat difficult to understand design. Beyond that, however, much is the fault of us designers.

I developed a double book for the practical part of bachelor thesis that serves as a foundation for the communication between client and designer. It’s easy to understand and explains design work from the perspective of the other: What does the client have to consider for a good working relationship and what does the designer have to do to fulfill these expectations? Just go through it together during the first meeting and get to work!
