DBI (Diversity Business Incubator) is a Plymouth-based business incubator that supports the BAME community and other minority ethnicities. The DBI growth plans focus on the young generation of entrepreneurs. To achieve its objective, it needed a revitalised identity that is a compelling reflection of its mission and vision.  
Collaboration with Brand Biscuit studio. The plan was to refresh the DBI brand by creating a bold and memorable brand that inspires the younger generations, connects with the community, and feels proud to share its mission. DBI has a strong presence and connection in the city, so we must do the restyling without losing its soul.
Using the core values of the business hub, we developed a modular system to inspire a creative vision for the refreshed brand. The DBI values are represented by different shapes inspired by the African background of the hub. The shapes are used individually or as part of a pattern. 
The colour palette is youth and lively, showing the diversity and multicultural soul of DBI. The vibrant colours build a powerful image that attracts the young audience attention, which DBI wants 
 to target.
