The video explains technology which, using information received from satellite, would "scan" soil at the selected area of a land before starting construction work at the site. It could be helpful for developers to see if there are any hidden obstacles underground that might delay the building process, cause damage or raise expenses.

This product is serious and the technology is difficult to understand for "outsiders".

So instead of regular presentation we chose to explain it through

The story (originally in Russian) in short description:

Vasiliy bought some land to build a residential complex. He hopes that the land is empty underground and suitable for building. It's a struggle to collect all the documents needed to find the truth. Still there can be some unwanted surprises like water pipes, old metro station or - who knows! - ancient statues. Each of these findings could enlarge the Estimate Budget or even jeopardize the whole project.

With the help of "orbital scanning" technology any developer can learn about ground water depth levels, find out if there are any engineering communications or ancient ruins. That can help Vasiliy with planning his Estimate Budget and working schedule, or making a decision to refuse from buying the land altogether.

The process only takes 3 days and doesn't depend on the weather. It's is as precise as 25 meters underground and 2 mm for the objects on the ground. Vasiliy recieves just one paper with 3D model of the land with geolocation coordinates and happy with his Budget.
