Comic Cover Page
I first started with a basic black-and-white image for this comic book cover. I then went in and began filling in the colors I wanted. After coloring in the Black and white photo, I went into the more minor details and checked to ensure everything was colored correctly. Lucky for me, I found an image of Harley Quinn on google. From there, I was able to match her outfit perfectly. After filling in the white space, I started adding shadowing to all the color spaces. I enjoyed this part because I could make this flat image turn into a 3D one. After adding shadows, I went in and made the opposite effect, adding highlights. After finishing that, I decided to make the flame a real glowing one and add flame bursts scattered around the image. Lastly, I plugged in a mockup, and there you have it, my comic book cover.
