ASPCA Social Post Advertisements

This is one of my most recent projects; in this project, I was paired with another advertising student, and together we had to create a series of ads for an organization. Together we choose the ASPCA organization. I wanted to take this brand in a different direction and turn the narrative from animals begging humans to adopt them into animals having a sarcastic flair. Before, the ASPCA tagline was "We are their voice," but I wanted to change it to "we speak." Together my partner and I brainstormed ideas and created a fun set of social media ads. I had so much fun, and all of the graphics were made by myself, including the comments and hashtags! As you can see below, there are some.
A twist on the classic ASPCA ad everyone has heard, this, by far, was my favorite social ad. I chose a dog that looked exhausted from repeatedly attending to that exact song. This ad allows the viewers to solve the puzzle and remember the classic "in the arms of an angel" advertisement. For this advertisement, I added the logo and the tagline; then, I used a font type that looked like the animal wrote it. I chose a tired dog that needed a break from listening to the Sarah McLachlan song. To add to the advertisement, I decided also to add funny hashtags.
Again, another twist: this furry friend got into your shoes and decided to pick the worst pair and destroy only one. This makes the viewer read the advertisement, follow up in the comment section, and read more about Trix. This advertisement also allowed the viewers to solve a problem; from my Advertising Copyright class, I learned that the viewers want to solve the ad. Meaning the viewers will spend more time on this particular advertisement and remember this advertisement more.
Lastly, our favorite cat personality, who doesn't enjoy a little sarcasm. This cat is explaining how she is not a fan of young children messing up her fur. Once again, this is a problem-solving advertisement; the viewer can interoperate this advertisement how they perceive it. I decided to use an image of the cat winking to show how mischievous this cat is.
