Prunelle, the french home insurance that protects our first home : the planet !
Create a web and mobile app for an ethical insurance by developing his graphic universe
Prunelle is an impact-driven startup created led by 2 persons: Flavie and Victor, two long-time friends with a shared inclination to question everything. Sensitized to environmental issues, their experience in the insurance sector led them to a profound realization: the impact of insurance on climate change.

Despite the complexity of the industry, Flavie and Victor decided to create Prunelle: a home insurance company where the funds contribute to projects with tangible ecological impact.

Prunelle aims to enable its customers to subscribe, report a claim, or consult their policy through a web and mobile application. The goal? To provide policyholders with the ability to manage the protection of their homes and to understand its impact through the transparency of information provided on the app.
Subscribe to insurance in a simple way

The onboarding flow is a crucial step for an insurance company, as it transforms users into customers. A point of friction, misunderstanding, or a bug during the registration process can lead to user abandonment.

Manage a claims situation through the application

The claims reporting process is crucial for Prunelle, ensuring the collection of all necessary information. It is also of paramount importance for the customer, who is often in a hurry and under stress. Therefore, it is essential to effectively support the customer by making the process as easy as possible for them.
