Young Filmmakers is a Sheffield based initiative designed to get young people to work together to produce short films about faith, life & love and to share it with the world.
I was asked to design the Young Filmmakers logo and a responsive website that would be attractive to a young teen demographic.
The logo needed to be professional but also bold, quirky, and attractive to a teen demographic. Strong colours, custom type and a versatile icon help create a logo that delighted the team and youth groups working with Young Filmmakers
The website had to be flexible to grow along with the project and to allow the team to update regularly with news, events and to showcase the latest projects.
The website navigation needed to be intuitive so that the young people, their families and youth leaders could easily and quickly find their way to the correct project.
