Pocket Squire D&D game assistant iPhone app

This is a redesign of an older project—Pocket Squire, a game assistant app for the pen-and-paper roleplaying game Dungeons and Dragons.

The app is meant to be used alongside the traditional game (not fully digitizing it) by allowing users to connect with the DM and players in their campaign, and keep track of important information digitally rather than on paper. Multiple campaigns can be tracked in the same app, and the player-to-player syncing function means everyone gets updated on the quests and battles they are involved in, while avoiding redundant submissions across multiple devices.

The home screen
Tracks active campaigns (games being played) and informs the user of updates since their last login.

Keeping track of too many campaigns? Simply turning on "game mode" in your preferences will allow you to select a single campaign to focus on until you're done playing for the day.*
Campaign selected
See updates only relevant to the game selected.
View characters involved, map information, quests, and battles.
Campaign selected > Characters tab
Characters involved are viewed by their in-game names as well as their usernames.
Campaign selected > Map tab
Map information can be added as location, character, enemy, quest, and battle. Add as many notes as you need.
Campaign selected > Quests tab
Quests can be titled at any time, with optional entry fields for location begun/ended, Quest provider, and general notes.
Campaign selected > Battles tab
Record enemy (or enemies) fought, location, and damage dealt and taken.
As a good example of the character sync function, only one player would need to input the general information about the battle, and would then select the other players involved, notifying them on their mobile devices so each player can personally record their own progress.
Play mode
Keep track of your dice rolls on your mobile device, which is constantly pulling information from your character information in your profile, as well as syncing with the other players. Easily calculate totals and let the device do the log keeping for you while you play.

Into battle
When a battle is entered, it will appear as a notification on all players' devices that are involved, as shown below. Easily select dice rolls and press "ok" to send your info off to your fellow players and DM.
In Battle
Easily keep track of whose turn it is after the device assigns a slot for each player based on their rolls. In battles, the enemy's rolls and stats will be entered by the DM.
Your turn
Receive a notification when it becomes your turn to roll. See what you're fighting in each battle as your device chooses relevant splash art for the background. Bad at forgetting what your options are? As your device is pulling your information from your character information (profile), it is reading your weapon, item, and action options.
In Battle
Easily select which enemy to fight and what weapons to use when attacking. The app also notifies you what you need to roll.
End of Battle
When you finish a battle, the DM takes over once again to notify all players what the next step is—such as randomly generated loot.
Profile
Keep track of multiple characters in your profile and easily keep track of who is who.

*In game mode, the profile icon would take you straight to your currently played character's information.
Character information
Keep track of your character sheet digitally, which allows the digital format to really do it's job and makes it easily editable.
Items
Keep track of multiple characters' carried items for easy access.

*In game mode, the items icon would take you straight to your currently played character's information.
Stats
View statistics of overall gameplay as well as individual campaign information.
Thanks for looking!
