Cumulo Visual Identity

Cumulo, a wind turbine company that uses AI to monitor wind direction and power, is seeking help with branding efforts. 

The company has been in the wind energy business for over a decade and has made significant advancements in the technology, but they feel that their brand is not resonating with the target audience as much as they would like. 

They've noticed a significant loss in market share to newer, more agile competitors that have a stronger brand presence. The management team has realized that they need to rebrand and reposition themselves in order to stay competitive in the fast-evolving green energy market. 

Now, they're looking for a studio that can help them create a new brand narrative and visual identity that aligns with their mission and values, and that will appeal to their target audience of environmentally-conscious consumers and businesses.

After sitting down with the team, our branding studio listened carefully to their concerns and goals for rebranding. We understood that they wanted to convey their expertise in both environmental science and engineering, and that they wanted to position themselves as a leader in the green energy space.

To achieve this, our team proposed new design features that would communicate professionalism and technical know-how. We chose a color palette of a progressive shade of purple, along with complementary cool blues and greens, which evokes feelings of trust, reliability and environmental responsibility. 

We then created a sleek, modern logo that was inspired by the movement of wind and incorporated the company's name, Cumulo, in a bold, sans-serif font. This new visual identity was supported by a messaging that emphasizes their leadership in the field, their cutting-edge technology and their commitment to sustainability.
