A "rad" clothing line just for kids!
77kids by American Eagle featured high-quality, extra-soft clothing with distinctive, edgy designs. Each season, the clothing line's online and in-store promotional materials were redesigned to reflect the changing trends. Both marketing aspects of the brand had unique "fun" features to appeal to kids. For instance, store materials featured a photobooth, a denim canyon, and a goodie cart stocked with candy and stickers. The online presence incorporated animations on the homepage and emails.
To extend these efforts, I worked with the senior web designer and another web designer to translate new designs to supportive websets and emails. The following images illustrate my participation in this process and showcase many of the design translations I performed.

• Back to school design featured construction paper, paint, tape, and imperfect paint-style illustration to capture a fun arts and crafts theme that children could relate to.

• Used animated GIFs from a 3D camera to advertise limited edition 3D print design on tshirts.

• Incorporated "stickers" of the summer t-shirt designs over a wood "boardwalk" background.
• Included photo collages and post cards with vintage-inspired light leaks. The light leaks add a bright color wash and fun effect to the photos and distinguishes them with a vintage feel, but not quite retro like the spring polaroids.

• Back to school rock-and-roll theme transitioned the summer stickers to grungy stamps. Also utalized black and white colors as well as bold fonts to create edgy lettering mimicking album artwork.
• Used both color and high-contrast black and white photos for an authentic feel.
• Music elements, such as amps and audio controls, were used to further illustrate the theme.

• Bokeh theme created a holiday feel that mimicked Christmas lights.
• Colored the letters in the design to match common colors on Christmas tree lights. The letters were also offset-overlapped with various blend modes to create a glowing feel. I created an Action for this process for ease and consistency between print and web teams.
