Often, with our own forces, we are not able to solve situations that can create discomfort, sometimes it is important to confront someone who can give us a different vision, seen with the eyes of others. Turning to a professional helps to better understand situations, to see things we couldn’t see before and maybe, by talking, helps us to listen to ourselves more deeply. The pointed hands of a guide can reach the heart of the problem, following a thread that leads to the origin of everything, pulling that thread and helping us to untie the knots.
Sciogliere i nodi ed arrivare al cuore del problema.
Spesso, con le nostre sole forze, non siamo in grado di risolvere situazioni che possono crearci disagio, a volte è importante confrontarci con qualcuno che possa darci una visione differente, vista con occhi altrui. Rivolgersi ad un professionista aiuta a comprendere meglio le situazioni, a vedere cose che prima non riuscivamo a vedere e magari, parlando, ci aiuta ad ascoltare noi stessi più in profondità. Le mani asperte di una guida possono raggiungere il cuore del problema, seguendo un filo che porta all'origine di tutto, tirare quel filo ed aiutarci a sciogliere i nodi.
Mental Travel: The Felicity Exhibition
How many times have we heard "What a trip are you on"?
Travelling in the mind also means travelling within oneself, recognizing oneself and reflecting on one’s own ideas, experiences and choices in order to move towards a better, clearer and more conscious future.
It is from this reflection that the artists involved in Unobravo started to realize the works exhibited at the exhibition Mental Journeys, realized on the occasion of Felicity, the Festival of Mental Health of Unobravo.

The exhibition is an opportunity to tell through visual art the themes related to mental health and psychological well-being, in a path in which each artist shares his personal interpretation with the viewer, creating a deep bond, intimate and free.
