Built in the heart of the village Nedumpura, this is a unique 4-bedroom residence. The client required an aesthetic and modern house that offers a stark contrast to the existing villas in the locality. One of the fundamental concepts was that the house offers privacy to users within and from the exteriors of the house. The concept was developed to form an amalgamated design resulting in a curvilinear + rectilinear combination in plan, facades and even the simplest details of the residence.
