Masar Capital is a high quality real estate advisory that real estate investors in Dubai (UAE), one of the most enthusiastic property investment markets in the world.
It was founded on the basis of providing solid investment advisory on the new-build and off-plan market across the Dubai residential property sector.
Unlike most competitors in the market, Masar has a broader approach, in the sense that it helps clients in all processes involving the purchase of a property, bringing the security and confidence that it provides when carrying out the purchase and also post-purchase.
The objective of the project was to create a luxurious, elegant, corporate identity that conveyed confidence and security.

The word "Masar'' is associated with the following terms in Arabic - 'path, course, track, route and trajectory' - De acordo com o CEO, a Masar Capital want to do all we can to provide the 'path' for his investors to create wealth and enjoy their Dubai purchases along the way.
Based on this meaning, it was established that one of the strengths of the brand would be the question of the "north" that the company would give to its customers the support in various stages of negotiation and post-negotiation, in addition to the solidity security and trust in all processes, creating a long-term relationship.
For the symbol, the initials M (MASAR), C (CAPITAL) were used, the symbol was positioned as an advance (rising), representing the north and profit and finally, to represent the solidity and stability of the company, they were perfected at base columns and two triangles, respectively.
