Obliquity
Human Rights Logo Competition
The logo consists of a circle, representing the world, and 2 parallel lines express equality. The lines are angled at 23,4º, the tilt of the Earth's axis (aka "obliquity of the ecliptic"). They do not cross the centre of the circle to indicate both equality ánd individuality as no human being is a cross-section of humanity.

The logo has no text and is easy to reproduce in print, stencil, graffiti and by hand. There's no human figure, or characteristics, as this is not allowed in some religions and could point to cultural interpretations that would render the logo useless.

The neutrality of this logo make endless variations possible.
