While at Zahra Design Group in 2011, my boss had me design a ton of leasing flyers for properties he was trying to rent out. I thought it would be a good idea to utilize one of my smartphone apps that takes a 360 degree interactive panorama and use a QR code to direct any potential leasers to a web page that hosts each 360 view of each room.
