Sarawak, a beautiful place located in the east side of Malaysia is a place not only rich in mixtures of different cultures but also its natural resources especially its forests, caves and many other breathtaking locations.

 

But one thing for sure, Sarawak is also a place that is well known for its exotic fruits and veggies, which some of them can only be found in Sarawak.  They are unusually unique in terms of their appearance and flavours as well. Moreover, they are also the common natural resources consumed by the local natives. 

 

This is a book designed to showcase a variety of exotic fruits and veggies in Sarawak with additional explanations on how they are usually being cooked and consumed.

I have also inserted some stock illustrations to further explain how these fruits and veggies are used in a dish.
