Barnes & Noble’s customers are having a hard time finding books due to limited employee help and a large number of books and sections in the store.
The product:
An AR app partnered with Barnes & Noble to promote featured books. It will also serve as a guide to finding books in the store, enhancing the in-store experience. The purchase options will also be expanded on the app.
