As an internationally recognised hotel consultancy, PKF Hospitality's internal development team organises up to 80 conferences a year. To improve our client's internal research and marketing processes, we built a database with its own backend. This allowed our client to better automate and oversee the creation of research reports and presentations. Simplifying the processes allowed PKF Hospitality to significantly accelerate their marketing efforts given the large number of presentations.
