Video Q&A for vacancies to reduce the number and time of meetings between the employer and the candidate. With the help of the Q&A step, the employer can look in advance at the behavior, presentation skills and assess the candidate's answers to the main questions of the vacancy, and then decide whether to continue communication with him or not. Dashboard of the employer with the presentation of candidates in the form of kanban and a list, as well as the ability to participate in correspondence with the candidate of several team members and also leave comments on the candidate for discussion within the team.
