We are a kind and honest service center with a store of equipment and accessories for it.
Our principles are built and tested by practice. To convey our main values, we used the literary technique "anthropomorphism" - assimilation of anything that is not a person to a person or transfer of its physical and intellectual properties to things and phenomena of the surrounding world.


We communicate openly and talk about difficult technical things in simple language


In search of a modern stylization of the image of the Master, we followed the main points, namely, not to lose character, but rather to emphasize kindness and sincerity.
It should be clear and simple to match the archetypes of the brand
It's a pain to be digital, because we live in a modern world








The core of our target audience is young professionals with an average income level who love their gadgets very much and don't want to part with them, so they treat them carefully and bring them in for a service check.


In turn, we care about our clients, and especially about their comfort during work, so our communication is built with an emphasis on taking care of their digital gadgets.


In order to convey this concern and wrap the entire complex process in simple language, we took as a basis a complex system of device details and transferred it to a visual language by extracting a simple modular system.


Now our design is assembled as easily as a children's constructor

As a result, we clearly got into the pain of our target audience, which gave us the opportunity to open new services not only in Ukraine, but also in Poland.
