Sanctuary, a coaching studio from New York, is on a mission to improve the lives of women by bringing more balance and clarity to their lives with individual sessions, as well as group and community events.

Sanctuary believes that positive change comes from the everyday practice of attention to one's self and self-care. They want coaching to become a part of women’s daily rituals, like morning cream or a glass of water.
