Milpa Collective is a group of restaurants based in Sydney, their goal while serving food and drinks inspired by the vibrant culture of México & Latin America is to expand the appreciation of great cuisine tradition those countries own.

In this project, they have decided to create a Mezcal Book called Agaves for people in Australia to reach, know and taste a selection of mezcals coming from agaves grown all across Mexico. This volume is divided into five types of Mezcal: Joy, Sensuality, Wisdom, Impossible and Celebration.
Joined by Teff Naranjo who developed all the illustrated pieces, we aimed for making a representation of the rural scenarios where agaves are cultivated as well as the essence of the people and the social context to which Mezcal owes it's very existence.
