This sculpture is made from over 2800 square stainless steel plates TIG welded to form a 2 meter diameter concave disk. 1200 Corten steel plates are used to form the background of this sculpture.
Peter Kovacsy Studio designs and makes sculpture for interior and outdoor locations, featuring the use of cast glass, metal and timber. His studio in Western Australia is equiped for large scale glass casting, light metal fabrication and fine woodwork production. Peter provides bespoke sculpture commission services for private, public, liturgical and municipal art projects.
